Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in the successful planning and execution of all events organized under
ETESA. From brainstorming ideas and creating event plans to coordinating with faculty, vendors, and student
teams — the Event Coordinator ensures every event runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing
logistics, preparing schedules, arranging resources, and overseeing on-the-ground execution during events such
as Eureka!, Jidnyasa, Freshers, Farewell, PTA Meetings, and more.
With strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, the Event Coordinator acts as a bridge between the
core committee and the execution team, ensuring that all events align with ETESA’s mission of fostering
technical, cultural, and academic growth. The position demands leadership, adaptability, and a passion for
bringing ideas to life.
