Speaker Club

The Speaker Club is a vibrant platform dedicated to enhancing communication, public speaking, and leadership skills among students. Our aim is to empower individuals to express their ideas confidently, think critically, and communicate effectively in any setting. Through regular sessions, workshops, debates, group discussions, and guest lectures, members gain practical experience in public speaking, interpersonal communication, and persuasive storytelling. The club also encourages participation in speech contests, panel discussions, and intercollegiate oratory events.

Eureka! & Jidnyasa Coordinator

Eureka! & Jidnyasa is a prestigious national-level event conducted under the ETESA banner, aimed at fostering technical excellence and innovation among engineering students across the country. Eureka! focuses on technical paper presentations, encouraging participants to research, analyze, and present engineering advancements in various domains. Jidnyasa showcases innovative project presentations, providing a platform for students to exhibit their practical problem-solving and engineering design skills.

As the coordinator, the role involves end-to-end management of both events — from planning schedules and guiding participants to coordinating with judges and ensuring smooth execution. The coordinator not only ensures academic integrity and quality but also helps promote creativity, confidence, and national-level exposure for all involved.

Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in the successful planning and execution of all events organized under ETESA. From brainstorming ideas and creating event plans to coordinating with faculty, vendors, and student teams — the Event Coordinator ensures every event runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing logistics, preparing schedules, arranging resources, and overseeing on-the-ground execution during events such as Eureka!, Jidnyasa, Freshers, Farewell, PTA Meetings, and more.

With strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, the Event Coordinator acts as a bridge between the core committee and the execution team, ensuring that all events align with ETESA’s mission of fostering technical, cultural, and academic growth. The position demands leadership, adaptability, and a passion for bringing ideas to life.

The Technical Club of ETESA fosters innovation, coding, and hands-on learning through workshops, competitions, and project exhibitions. It aims to enhance students' technical skills in electronics, programming, and emerging technologies while promoting a culture of research and development.

A decoration club in a student association focuses on enhancing spaces, events, and overall aesthetics. Literary club is to make the students understand, analyze and gain knowledge through the process of reading. The primary objective of the literary club is to promote the literary talents of the students. Moreover, it provides them with the chance to express their creativity and talents in the best possible way.

Marathi-Sahitya Mandal

The Marathi Sahitya Mandal, also known as Marathi Vangmay Mandal, is a student association focused on promoting and preserving the Marathi language and culture. It provides a platform for students to showcase their talents in various art forms like singing, dancing, and poetry, and encourages discussions on social issues.

Inauguration Ceremony

The ETESA Inauguration Ceremony marked the official commencement of the academic year with enthusiasm and inspiration. Mr. Rajesh Desai, a proud alumnus of our department, delivered a motivational speech encouraging students to pursue innovation and leadership in their careers.

The event included a welcome address, committee introductions, cultural performances, and an interactive session with the chief guest.

Parents-Teacher Meeting

Date: 28 September 2024

The Parents Teachers Meeting (PTA) is an essential part of our semester where parents, teachers, and coordinators come together to discuss students' academic and overall development.

During the session, our Training and Placement Coordinator - Prof. More Sir provided valuable insights on placement activities and preparation strategies. Prof. Dipti Chavan Ma'am presented a detailed overview of the CDC Cell and shared information about various extra-curricular activities conducted under the student association.

Our Head of Department Dr. S. T. Jadhav sir also interacted with the parents, addressing academic performance, department goals, and future plans.

Academic rankers were felicitated during the event, proudly accompanied by their parents, creating a moment of honor and motivation for all. Towards the end of session,Prof. P. D. Lole sir proposed the Vote of Thankss! ,expressing gratitude to all parents,faculty members,and the organizing commitee for their valuable presence and contributions.

The meeting concluded with a pleasant refreshment lunch, encouraging informal interaction between parents and faculty members.

Quiz Competition

The event was conducted in three exciting and competitive rounds:

Round 1 – Aptitude Test: A basic aptitude screening round to filter out participants based on logical reasoning, math, and problem-solving.

Round 2 – Advanced Aptitude: A higher difficulty level test with tricky questions and a negative marking system to increase the challenge.

Round 3 – Rapid Q&A: A quick-fire question and answer session to test general knowledge, technical concepts, and presence of mind.

Mind Marathon :Aptitude Competition

The competition was designed to test logical thinking, numerical ability, and problem-solving under pressure through two challenging rounds:

Round 1 – General Aptitude: A written round that included a variety of questions based on logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. This round helped shortlist participants for the final stage.

Round 2 – Advanced Aptitude (with Negative Marking): A higher-level aptitude test that required speed, accuracy, and strategic thinking. To increase competitiveness, this round included negative marking for wrong answers.

Essay-Writing Competition

The competition was organized in two categories to encourage expression in both native and global languages:

1. Marathi Essay: Participants wrote thoughtful essays on topics related to culture, society, and innovation in Marathi, showcasing their language skills and originality.

2. English Essay: This round focused on global issues, technology, and youth, promoting clear articulation and critical thinking in English.

Coding Competition

Date: 27 January 2025

The event was conducted in two intense and skill-testing rounds to identify the best coders:

Round 1 – Online Technical Test: Conducted on mobile devices, this round included multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on Python, C programming, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). Participants were required to follow strict rules and regulations, ensuring a fair and disciplined environment.

Round 2 – Hands-on Coding: Held on the HackerRank platform, participants were given a challenging coding problem to solve within 2 hours. This round tested real-world problem-solving and coding efficiency under time pressure.

Industrial Visit: Elcom International Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Kagal 5 Star MIDC, Kolhapur

Date: 7 March, 2025

Elcom Interantional Pvt. Ltd., established in 1981, is a pioneer in the field of electromechanical and electronic components. The company provides a wide range of high-performance products like switches, connectors, and power distribution units, catering to industries such as telecom, industrial automation, and electronics.

Our industrial visit offered students valuable insights into real-world manufacturing processes, component design, quality control, and the latest innovations in electronics hardware. It was a remarkable learning experience that bridged the gap between academic concepts and industrial applications.

Freshers Party - AURA 2K25

Date: 17 April 2025

The Freshers' Party 2025 was a grand and lively event organized to welcome the new batch of students into the ETESA family. The celebration was filled with music, dance, fun games, and memorable performances that helped break the ice between seniors and juniors.

The highlight of the evening was the Mr. and Miss Fresher contest, where new students showcased their talent and confidence. The event concluded with a DJ night and refreshments, creating lasting memories and bonding among the students.

National Level Event: Eureka & Jidnyasa

Date: 17 April 2025

Venue: TKIET Warananagar

Our committee successfully organized the national-level event Eureka & Jidnyasa, bringing together students from various institutes to showcase their technical knowledge, creativity, and innovative thinking.

Eureka featured a technical paper presentation competition where participants presented research and ideas in emerging domains such as IoT, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, and Cybersecurity.

Jidnyasa was a project exhibition where students demonstrated their working models, prototypes, and creative projects, offering hands-on insight into real-world applications.

The Treasure Hunt event was one of the most thrilling and interactive events organized by the association, designed to challenge students’ logic, teamwork, and thinking under pressure.

🎓 Farewell – B.Tech Batch

The farewell ceremony for our final-year B.Tech students was a heartfelt and emotional gathering, filled with warm memories, laughter, and gratitude. As the students bid adieu to their undergraduate journey, our department celebrated their achievements and contributions with great pride.

A proud and special highlight of this year was the introduction of the Pinnacle Award – an honor initiated by our esteemed alumni, Mr. Shivprasad Sakharape Sir. This prestigious award is presented to the Best Outgoing Student of the ENTC Department, recognizing excellence in academics, leadership, and overall personality.

The first-ever Pinnacle Award was conferred to Ms. Vaishnavi Adnaik for her outstanding performance and contributions throughout her academic journey. She was honored with a beautifully crafted shield and a cash prize of ₹11,000.
